Payment:

For your convenience, we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard & Visa. Credit card guarantee is required when booking multiple appointments and for parties of three or more using salon services.

Appointment Policy:
Appointments can be requested in person, via phone or on-line for stylists. Appointment requests for Master Stylists must be requested in person or via phone. 

Cancellation Policy:
Services cancelled in less than the requested time will be billed 50% of the published rate of each service. To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice for individual appointments and 72 hours for parties of three or more using salon services.

Pricing:
Subject to change without notice. Actual pricing provided at time of consultation with team member. We will gladly apply one special offer or discount per client, per visit. Offers cannot be combined.

Gratuity:
Gratuities are at your discretion.

Return Policy:
AVEDA products purchased at our salons may be returned or exchanged if accompanied by original receipt within 15 days of purchase. AVEDA make-up and Personal Blends are not returnable. All services are non-refundable. 

Gift Certificates:
Gift cards are available for all services and products. AVEDA Gift Cards honored.

Safety and Comfort:
We want to ensure you feel safe and comfortable in our environment. If for some reason you do not feel safe and comfortable, please let our staff know.

Color & Retexture Policy:
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with new color services within the first five days of the service. Guaranty thereafter is based on the use of recommended AVEDA hair care products. Color cleansing may require more than one paid service to achieve desired result and is not guaranteed.

Advanced Talent Stylist Service Policy:
If you have concerns with your hair service you have 5 days to return to have a New Talent stylist review. If you request to see one of our other stylist levels there may be an additional cost. No refunds.
